Is a boxing class that everyone one that has well-comefitness membership can sign in online .The Boxing training class comprises of max 12 people and the training involves, Cardio, boxing technics, strength training, co-orditioning. reflex, timing, Codination, speed, Agility, Flexibility and discipline.

Private people can also make their own class of kids class with friends training together. Bachelor  party, birthday training.. The class would last for max one and half hours
